PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA AFS Devlali, Nasik, Maharashtra stands proud with a history of 42 years. The Vidyalaya was established in 1982 inside the lush green sprawling premises of AFS, 25 Ed, Devlali which is the largest logistics center in the country.

This day serves as a poignant reminder of the pivotal role this esteemed organization plays in fostering national unity, humanity, and prosperity through the power of education. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is committed to nurturing the holistic development of students, ensuring a uniform curriculum and educational standards across all its schools throughout India. The 69 Kendriya Vidyalayas in the Mumbai Region uphold this commitment by placing a strong emphasis on imparting life skills and fostering harmony through child-centric learning activities. At KVS, our motto is: “Hiranmayen Patren Satyasyapihitam Mukham Tat Tvam Pushannapavrunu Satyadharmay Drishtaye.” Pupils must therefore acquire the knowledge and perspective necessary to overcome the allure of falsity and embrace Satyam Shivam Sundaram through the transformative power of education. Welcome to PM SHRI KV AFS Devlali website. The school was founded in 1982 with the motto of providing quality education to its students. By education, we mean the holistic development of our students. For this, the physical, mental and spiritual development of the children are taken into consideration, so as to equip them as responsible citizens of our country with absolute feeling of Indianness and help them to represent India, on the global platform, in the most convincing manner. Co-operation, responsibility, commitment, honesty are some of the key attributes to our success. We, at school level, will try our level best to inculcate these qualities in our students so that they will become not only good human being but also contribute maximum for the development of the nation. We must understand that our survival is possible not by competing with others in the race but by creating space and circumstances for the survival of others in co-ordination with our growth. I personally believe that we are part of a learning community and we must provide a safe and secure environment and foster character attributes, such as honesty, respect and responsibility while improving student’s achievement. As we know that each day brings new challenges and opportunities for all of us. The biggest challenge faced by the educators is to prepare students for the challenges of a globalised world. To us each child is unique and capable of doing anything. So at school level, we want every student to be nurtured into strong, reflective and responsible individuals who are confident and adaptable in meeting the challenges and opportunities of this rapidly changing world.
